Sonja Morgan Shares a Look at Her Beautiful, Newly-Renovated Townhouse Bathroom
The RHONY cast member gave her Upper East Side townhouse a complete makeover.
Sonja Morgan’s legendary Upper East Side townhouse has been through plenty of changes as of late. The beautiful $10.75 million five-bedroom home underwent a significant renovation, which viewers got a look at during the latest season of The Real Housewives of New York City. Now that Sonja’s gorgeous home is coming together, she’s been sharing looks at some of her favorite parts of the townhouse. Most recently, she showed off her fabulous bathroom.
In an Instagram Story shared on September 6, Sonja shared a peek at her sprawling bathroom. Decorated in white and gray hues, the room is centered around a beautiful freestanding clawfoot bathtub, which is situated just underneath a luxurious chandelier and between two large windows adorned with topiary plants.
Sonja also added a hint of personalization by draping a towel featuring her initials, “STAM,” over the side of the tub. The room also features a beautiful vanity, which appears to have plenty of drawer space for all kinds of skincare and makeup products.
In the middle of the room, just in front of the tub, Sonja has a white faux fur rug, which is certainly a unique choice for a bathroom. She explained the decision in the video she shared, noting, “I just wanted something that was a little bit more than a bath mat, and it just really adds to my bathroom. I love it.”
Sonja also added that the rug is from a brand called Ruggable, which carries a line of machine-washable rugs, just like the one she recently shared from her daughter Quincy’s new home in Pennsylvania.
