Tracy Tutor Spills Details on Her "So Amazing" Dallas “Bachelorette Pad” (EXCLUSIVE)
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles cast member told The Daily Dish that she is splitting her time between two states.
Tracy Tutor is officially splitting her time between Texas and California and she told The Daily Dish that she could not be happier about it. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles cast member recently moved into her new home in Dallas, on her own, after expanding her real estate business to Texas.
Living in the Lone Star state has been a big improvement for Tracy. Not only is there a better dating pool out there, but, she told The Daily Dish that her new home doesn't need any renovations, unlike her Los Angeles house, which required a "full-scale remodel" and took nearly a year to complete.
"My new bachelorette pad in Dallas is so amazing! I literally have everything at my fingertips," she said. "It doesn't need any renovating and I just finished decorating it, so it's fun to get there and have a place to call home."

Tracy told People in August that her home in Dallas marks the "first time" she has lived alone — without her daughters, Scarlet and Juliet Maltas — or any significant other. "It is refreshing to come home to my space there and it's exactly how I left it," she told the publication.
The real estate agent has already decorated her walls with a number of "special pieces," fitting in with her home, perfectly filled with "light and space." "It was important for me to keep a neutral palette, so I could come home after a crazy day in Dallas and unwind," she explained to the magazine.
Tracy previously told The Daily Dish in June that she likes spending time in Dallas. "I mean, there's a lot of great things that Dallas has to offer," she said. "I say Highland Park is like the Beverly Hills of Texas. But also, you know, there [are] a lot of advantages to being in an income tax-free state."
Tracy Tutor reveals she's dating in Dallas
Now that she is living part of the time in Texas, Tracy is also dating men there as well, which has brought some relief to the single mom of two. Tracy previously told E! News that she "met some nice gentlemen" in while spending time down south, but recently told The Daily Dish that her love life has been "touch and go."
"I have met some great guys outside of LA and that has been fun, but hard to navigate outside of my crazy schedule," she explained. But, she is still holding out hope for the right man to come along and "sweep me off my feet" — whether that's an LA businessman or a Dallas cowboy.
