Carole Radziwill Finally Fixed Lee Radziwill's Vintage Tiger Couch and It's Perfect
The Real Housewives of New York City pal chose a whole new look for the treasured piece.
Carole Radziwill's mother-in-law, the legendary socialite Lee Radziwill, left her a fabulous vintage custom made tiger print couch from the '60s that viewers of The Real Housewives of New York City saw get absolutely shredded by her Babies (that's her dog and two cats who are all named Baby) and Tweeted her about getting it fixed or replacing it.
It got so bad that Carole had to have the couch recovered, "but not in that very famous tiger fabric," she said last year on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. She felt bad she let it go that long because she knew, “If [Lee] saw that she would be very upset."
The couch is fresh and back in her beautiful NYC apartment, which we saw when Tinsley Mortimer came over to visit. Much better than the old tattered tiger yet sweet that she kept it as a family memento in her modern home, don't you think?
