Weeks after revealing her fall-ready front porchThe Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter gave fans another peek inside her and Jake Zingerman’s unique home. The Instagram photo went heavy on the cozy vibes, as it showed Alexia snuggled up on her living room couch while enjoying an e-book.

“I love my snack bowl [Kindle] holder & remote page turner,” she captioned the Story. “This is life.”

How Alexia Umansky and Kyle Richards elevated their homes for fall

The scene evoked feelings of comfort and warmth, thanks in large part to the yellow-orange light that bounced off the side wall. The glow was quite reminiscent of Kyle’s go-to lighting for the autumn season, which she recently showed off in an Amazon Live stream.

“I am obsessed with this color,” Kyle said while highlighting an amber-colored candle. “I’ve gone through my house and changed all my regular lightbulbs to amber-colored bulbs. Almost all. My bedrooms, yes. And now I’m working on the rest of the house because it just looks prettier. Instead of that stark, white lighting, I want amber lighting.”

Just like her mom, Alexia understands how much of an impact lighting can have on a room. It was over a month ago when the real estate agent updated her living space with a handful of “Halloween lights,” which went perfectly with the midcentury decor. The furniture pieces included a green modular sofa, a light-brown mushroom-shaped ottoman, a glass-top coffee table, a small bookshelf, and a wooden entertainment console.

Since then, Alexia has added more festive touches to her home, such as a stuffed cat and dog dressed as a pumpkin and ghost, respectively.

Alexia jokes about inheriting Kyle's love for holiday decor

A split of Alexia Umansky shopping at Home Goods.

Weeks before summer’s end, the RHOBH daughter took a trip to a home goods store to stock up on fall decorations. She documented the shopping spree via Instagram, admitting she was taking after her mother.

“I have a bad case of Kyle Richards-itis,” she captioned a photo of her shopping cart filled with decorative pumpkins, a witch figurine, and faux florals. Some of those pieces ended up in Alexia’s kitchen, dining area, and outdoor space.

Kyle reposted the Story on her account.

“Like mother, like daughter,” she captioned the photo.

Alexia moves in with her boyfriend, Jake Zingerman

Back in January, Alexia announced she had left her family’s Encino home and got a new house with her longtime boyfriend, Jake. Although the move eventually sparked engagement rumors, Kyle made it clear that Jake had yet to pop the question.

“She’s not [getting engaged] yet but I do think that’s going to happen. I really do,” she said in a June 4 Amazon Live. “They’ve been dating for four years, almost five years now. They are a very, very, very cute couple and they’re great together. And we just love him so much.”
