Ramona Singer Is Moving out of Her Longtime NYC Apartment
The Real Housewives of New York City cast member is leaving the Upper East Side condo where she raised her daughter.
Ladies and gentlemen, Ramona Singer is about to leave the building. After living in her Upper East Side abode for more than 20 years, The Real Housewives of New York City mama is packing up her belongings and moving on.
“I have movers that are going to personally pack me but this stuff they can’t do. I mean, I got paperwork for like 20 years in here I gotta get rid of!” she explained to her followers on Instagram. “And I have too many shoes, I mean don’t even ask... I’m taking stuff out to the Hamptons, because this is my third closet here. I don’t need all this stuff!”
Ramona’s four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo status is pending at this time, following several price cuts. The current listing price is $4.25 million, though Ramona originally put it on the market in June of 2018 for $4.995 million. Either way, we’re betting she’s set to make a tidy profit, considering she bought the 2,500-square-foot space two decades ago!
Right now, all Ramona is concerned about is packing up her belongings. “I have eight garment bags loaded to go to the Hamptons to go to my closet there. I have long evening dresses and short ones, I have Avery’s dresses… cocktail dresses, glitter ones,” she said.
It sounds like her Hamptons closets are about to get a whole lot more crowded. The big question, however, is where Ramona will stay when she’s in the city?
