Amid a Massive Storm, Dorinda Medley Reminds Us All How Expansive Her Berkshires Property Is
The Real Housewives of New York City nice-maker has way more than a fish room.
Dorinda Medley believes that she has the chops to take on a whole new career: meteorologist. The Real Housewives of New York City nice-maker was at Blue Stone Manor, her gorgeous home in the Berkshires, to celebrate her boyfriend John Mahdessian's birthday when the skies got really dark.
"We've got a major storm warning, you see it coming in?" she asked John in a video posted to her Instagram Stories. "That's all blue, but can you see where the rain is right there? It's getting dark. Ooh, now it's getting really dark! Look at all the birds flying home — warning, warning, time to get home! Can you feel the wind kicking up? I'm now a meteorologist!"
The skies were indeed very dramatic to behold, but what stole our attention in these, um, clips is just how expansive Blue Stone Manor's grounds are, how green and verdant and just boundless they appear — it's really the stuff of 19th-century romance novels tbh.
As soon as they went inside, the skies opened up and rain started pouring down.
"Literally five minutes later, isn't that incredible?" Dorinda asked in a video taken from the house. We literally saw it coming in, right? Lightning, thunder, and everything. Maybe we'll see a rainbow 'cause it's still sunny out."
After a flood that damaged much of the house including the popular fish room, Blue Stone Manor is currently under renovation.
“I said the other day, ‘I need a facelift or the house needs a facelift," Dorinda recently told Elle. "Unfortunately, the house won."
Well, considering the latest look we've gotten, Blue Stone Manor will always win in our minds!
