Bethenny Frankel Apartment Sale Loss

Bethenny Frankel's real estate portfolio has gotten a little lighter, as The Real Housewives of New York City alum just found a buyer for her condo in the Soho area of NYC. It took a few years to field an offer. Last month, she dropped the price of the two-bedroom, 2,392-square-foot property, located in a prestigious building on a cobblestone street, to $3.995 million, which is just below the $4.2 million that she paid for it back in 2014.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Bravo Tuesdays at 9/8c and stream next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

According to TMZ, Bethenny has sold the property for an undisclosed price to an owner whose identity is currently under wraps. The sale gives Bethenny more time to focus on her other homes, including her gorgeous Boston townhouse that she shares with her boyfriend, Paul Bernon.

The Soho apartment was a nest for Bethenny and her daughter, Bryn, following a tumultuous split from her ex-husband, and its stunning 14-foot ceilings, 25-foot great room and other countless luxury touches will now no doubt be a sanctuary for someone new. Take a tour of the property to see more!
