Teresa Giudice Has Taken Her Love of Charcuterie Boards to the Open Water
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member's recent boat day was complete with an incredible spread.
After a summer filled with over-the-top charcuterie boards for a variety of special occasions, it comes as no surprise that Teresa Giudice's boat day essentials for a recent excursion consisted of meat, cheese, and fruit.
In an Instagram Story photo, The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member showed off her eats for the day, also including fig spread, breadsticks, and crackers. Teresa posted the photo with no caption, letting the incredible platter speak for itself.
As she's been entertaining guests in recent months, Teresa has repeatedly used charcuterie boards as a go-to celebration staple. For a pool party in August, Teresa's friends were treated to "a flavorful charcuterie board," as she described it, from local catering company Plated by D. Weeks later, Teresa, Joe Gorga, and their families celebrated their late father Giacinto Gorga's birthday with an extravagant charcuterie board topped with multiple photos of the beloved family patriarch.
Clearly, charcuterie boards are a family favorite. In July, Melissa Gorga had the "most amazing" spread during a party at her Jersey shore house. After Melissa raved about The Charcuterie Chick's work at the time, the catering company noted on its official instagram account that the grazing board was "packed to the brim with goodness, from the fresh baked focaccia, to the stuffed sweet peppers, to the variety of artisan cheeses & charcuterie."
Even when they're not entertaining, Bravolebs turn to charcuterie for their go-to eats on a quiet night in. Lauren Manzo Scalia recently set out an enviable platter for her family, while James Kennedy and Raquel Leviss demonstrated how to assemble the perfect meat and cheese-filled bite while lounging in their living room in April. "I love my Wellington crackers," Raquel said at the time before picking up a piece of prosciutto. "Pairs very nicely with some Brie."
