Teresa Giudice Feted Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ Birthday with a Stunning Blue-and-Gold Cake
The Real Housewives of New Jersey OG’s husband’s cake included a “touch of edible gold.”
Teresa Giudice definitely knows how to throw an epic birthday bash, and she did just that for her husband, Luis “Louie” Ruelas.
Over the weekend, The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member documented the stunning celebration by sharing numerous Instagram Stories, including one of her beau making pizzas outside in their backyard pizza oven as numerous guests gathered. “Babe, you’re not supposed to be doing anything on your birthday!” Teresa exclaimed, causing Louie to give her a kiss and mutter a necessary, “I love you.”
Next, Teresa showcased the incredible two-tiered cake that was made for the entrepreneur, set beside beautiful flowers and other yummy sweet treats. The delicious-looking dessert featured a navy blue and gold design, and was complete with a gorgeous gold crown on top and an ornately framed “L” embellishment in the center.
Palermo Bakery, which crafted the elegant confection, shared a video of the creation, noting the “layers of moist cake and decadent frosting” that was “finished off with a touch of edible gold.” A birthday cake fit for a king, indeed!
In addition, Teresa’s daughter Milania celebrated her stepfather’s big day with an adorable Instagram post.
“[H]appy birthday [L]ouie! [T]hank you for being the best stepdad anyone could ever ask for,” Milania captioned a series of photos that included herself and Louie smiling in front of his cake, plus numerous other photo memories. “[Y]ou truly are the best with the best spirit and soul. I love you.”
Fabulous parties with fabulous details are kind of Teresa’s thing. Last year for her hubby’s special day, Teresa decorated the hallways of their home with candles, roses, and a slew of silver, black, and gold balloons spelling out Louie’s name.
To complete the elegant atmosphere, Teresa adorned her dining-room table with a stunning floral runner bursting with red and pink roses and long taper candles to accent the golden-trimmed place settings.
During a February episode of RHONJ, fans got a special treat in seeing how the couple celebrated their new home with a lavish backyard bash.
Teresa and Louie’s “love bubble”–themed housewarming party was complete with a dancer in a plastic bubble in the pool, beautiful balloons (some of which were heart-shaped or spelled out “love” or “love bubble”), custom cupcakes with a “love” design, gorgeous cocktails, several fire pits, and so much delicious food.
