Melissa & Joe Gorga’s Redone NJ Home Is Back on the Market For $2.9M

Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga are putting their Montville mansion back on the market. The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple has re-listed their stunning 6-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom estate for $2.9 million, as Melissa confirmed in a recent Instagram post.
On July 11, Melissa shared several photos of her family’s gorgeous, 9500-square-foot mansion, which encompasses over 2.2 acres, including a pool and a four-car garage. As captured in the photos below, the recently renovated home also features a slew of lavish amenities, including a movie theater, billiards room, library, gym, and hair salon.
“It’s back on the market baby! My Re Done home,” Melissa captioned the photo. “@joeygorga & I built this beauty from the ground up. You should be so lucky to live in it.”
The RHONJ couple has had quite the ride with this prime piece of real estate property. They originally listed it in October 2017 for $3.5 million, before quietly taking it off the market. The house was then re-listed and de-listed twice more, most recently in November 2019.
Melissa and Joe’s decision to put their New Jersey mansion back up for sale comes as the family continues to spend most of their time in their second home on the Jersey Shore. The couple bought the $1 million, 3,500-square-foot waterfront house, located right on Barnegat Bay, last summer.
