As Alexia Nepola celebrated her birthday on Season 6 Episode 4 of The Real Housewives of Miami, she was expecting a memorable present from her husband, Todd Nepola.
During a heated argument with Adriana De Moura during the episode, which aired on November 22, Alexia declared, "Wait until you see the gift that Todd's giving me."
In an interview, Adriana questioned Alexia's statement, saying, "Let's see what the gift is, that apparently she already knows what it is." However, Alexia clarified in her own interview that she didn't know what the gift was ahead of time.
"Do I know what Todd's getting me? No," she said. "But do I know that it's going to be f-cking good? Yes."

When it finally came time to open the buzzed-about gift following the group's charity basketball game to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Alexia was eager to see what Todd got her. "It weighs a lot," she said as she unwrapped the box to find a $78,000 Audemars Piguet Royal Oak watch.
"Now we match," Todd said, showing his own wrist with the same watch. Alexia was thrilled with the present, noting, "It's heavy."

The watch wasn't Todd's only surprise for Alexia that day. Before giving her the watch, he left the basketball game a few minutes early to ensure a birthday cake was waiting for her when the group returned to the locker room. "Oh my god, I was wondering where you were!" Alexia said as she saw the pink floral cake with candles and a topper that said, "Happy Birthday Alexia."
After the group sang "Happy Birthday" to her, Alexia told Todd, "I love my cake." Earlier in the day, she was gifted another sweet treat: cupcakes from Guerdy Abraira.
Alexia honored her special day in a May 3 Instagram post that featured several photos from her childhood. "Today I celebrate the outspoken, [strong-willed] and [fashion-obsessed] little girl that continues to live inside of me," she wrote. "Happy Birthday to me!"
