Alexia Nepola’s Relationship History
Marriage to Pedro Rosello (1992-1996)
Alexia’s first husband was Pedro “Peter” Rosello, with whom she shares two sons, Frankie and Peter.
Known as the “Cuban Barbie,” Alexia met Rosello in 1987 at Club Nu Miami, according to Cocaine Cowboys, a Netflix docuseries. They soaked up the sun at the beach, before he had to leave to pick up a drug shipment. “In the very, very beginning, I never suspected anything,” she says in the doc.
The couple was engaged when he was busted in 1991. They married when he was out on bond for a year. Their son Peter was born the following year, in 1992. Rosello turned himself in and spent four years behind bars.
Then, not long after the birth of their son Frankie, they divorced in 1996.
"I'm friendly with him. We're on very good terms. He's such a great father, and he's so good to Frankie and to Peter. My kids adore him. They spend a lot of time with him. Like I said, he gives them what I can't give them, and I give my kids what he can't give them," she told the Daily Dish.
Marriage to Herman Echevarria (2004-2016)
In 2004, Alexia married businessman Herman Echevarria, who RHOM watchers got to know when the franchise premiered in 2011. The couple’s mutual pursuits and ventures included co-founding Venue Magazine, which focused on topics such as lifestyle, entertainment, and fashion.

Alexia and Herman separated in 2015, prior to his sudden death in 2016. At the time, Alexia expressed her feelings to E! Online about the loss of Herman, who’d been a stepdad to her two sons.
“It is life once again showing me that at the drop of a hat, things can change," she reflected. "We were in this for fifteen years and although we were currently separated and living in separate homes, our spiritual and emotional connection was stronger than ever.”
Marriage to Todd Nepola (2021)
On Dec. 16, 2021, Alexia wed real-estate developer and investor Todd Nepola. They exchanged “I dos” about three years after Todd first showed up on Alexia’s Instagram account.
On social media she’s celebrated him as “My friend, my partner, my heart , my rock , the love of my life !!!”
Echevarria and Nepola got engaged in December 2019 after two years of dating. She marked the moment with an Instagram post showing off her sparkler and smooching her fiancé. The couple postponed the wedding because Echevarria's mother tragically died from the coronavirus, the exact day Alexia was due to walk down the aisle.
“The last couple of days have been a rollercoaster of emotions for me,” she posted on Instagram. “I was on the road to marry the man of my dreams when I had to stop everything as my mother became ill. What was supposed to be the happiest day of my life today has turned out to be the saddest.”
But bliss arrived at Alexia and Todd’s chic and intimate ocean-side ceremony at the Eden Rock hotel in St. Barth. “Truly everything we wanted," she wrote of the occasion.
