Whitney Rose is firing back at accusations about her jewelry line, PRISM.

On Season 5, Episode 4 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, during the cast trip to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Whitney had a chat with Heather Gay about recent allegations Meredith Marks had repeated about Whitney's business.

"I was talking to Meredith yesterday at the casino, and she said that people are talking about PRISM and your business," Heather began. "Basically that you're white labeling jewelry from China [and] everybody's talking about it."

"Well, they need to stop because that's really sh-tty. That's my business and there's nothing shady about it," Whitney hit back in response, noting that what Meredith was referring to was a slanderous "social media post." She also added that her business partner sent the post to her and surmised one of Whitney's friends was responsible for the post.

Does Whitney Rose Buy Her Prism Jewelry from Alibaba?

No. As Whitney explained in an episode interview, "There is a social media account that is accusing me of buying my jewelry from Alibaba, and that is not true."

"We buy from curated vendors; that's called 'commerce,'" she added. "It's not like Meredith is out there in the ocean diving for her caviar."

Later, Whitney added, "Whoever said that, that's f-cked up."

What is Alibaba?

Alibaba, per its website, is "a platform for businesses worldwide to buy and sell products in bulk quantities." The platform's prices are typically low due to being sold directly through the manufacturer and in bulk.

Whitney Rose Calls Out Meredith Marks Over Alibaba Jewelry Claims

Further in their conversation, Whitney and Heather discussed Meredith's involvement in the conversation.

"What Meredith was saying feels like the stuff that's out there would kill your brand," Heather said, which caused Whitney to fire back, "Did you not f-cking learn her lesson after last year? Stay out of DMs, stay out of documents."

Whitney continued, "I think she's so pissed off that I started a jewelry company. She comes from a place of gatekeeping and fear, she doesn't come a place of abundance...She's not ever supported my business. Every time I've ever done something for my business, she has not shown up."

However, Heather clarified, "It didn't feel like [Meredith] was the source of the information."

Although Whitney acknowledged that could be true, she wasn't pleased that Meredith was discussing the subject at all, asking, "Whether she's the source of the information, why is she f-cking talking about it?"
