The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member has been gifted a brand new ring on WWHL... after losing her jewelry — twice.
After previously losing her beloved rings, Lisa Barlow has a new sparkling piece of jewelry, thanks to model Molly Sims. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Wednesday, September 18 with Molly where she surprised Lisa with a brand-new ring after they dished on the premiere episode of RHOSLC Season 5.
If you need a refresher: The aftermath of the first time Lisa lost her ring was caught on camera during RHOSLC Season 4 (more on that later). The second time Lisa lost a ring, according to Page Six, was earlier this month, during a New York Fashion Week at an afterparty. But Molly, acting as a jewelry fairy, came to the rescue on Wednesday night when she gifted the mom of two a brand-new ring from Ring Concierge for her index finger.
"I died when you lost it, I am very sentimental," Molly told Lisa. "My husband gives me kids, gives me jewelry, and when I have lost something, I have to say, you deserve this and you have to stop losing your jewelry."
"Are you kidding me?" Lisa asked, placing the diamond band on her pointer finger before engulfing Molly in a hug. "Oh my God! Best gift giver ever!"
The silver and diamond ring looked absolutely gorgeous placed beside the other rings on her middle and ring fingers. "No one gives me great gifts like this besides [husband] John [Barlow]," Lisa told host Andy Cohen.
How did Lisa Barlow lose her ring on RHOSLC Season 4?
During Season 4, Episode 2, the RHOSLC cast landed in Palm Springs at the airport for a girl's trip and made a quick stop to the ladies room. But it was there, in the airport bathroom, where Lisa realized she had misplaced a $60,000 ring gifted to her from John. And that's when the panic ensued.
"I am pulling up my jeans, and I feel my ring start to slip off my finger, and I felt like I caught it, and then I looked and I'm like, 'Oh my gosh...my ring is missing.' I literally stayed in that bathroom for 45 minutes," she explained during a confessional. "What a sh-t way to start this trip."
During the Season 4 reunion, Lisa explained why she got so emotional when she lost the ring. "Everybody processes things differently, and for me, losing that [was] a big deal," she explained. "[My son] Henry almost died after I had him and John gave me that ring, because I was like, 'I don't know if we're gonna be able to have more kids, I don't know if we're gonna have another kid.' That meant more than just a ring I had on my finger."
Although Lisa was able to replace the original ring, she noted during the reunion that it doesn't "feel the same." "I don't think of it the same," she said.
How Lisa Barlow Almost Lost Another Ring
So about that other ring.... During her time on WWHL this week, Lisa revealed that she didn't exactly lose a ring this second time around during NYFW — it fell, but she was able to recover it quite quickly.
"I was going to an amazing show [at Fashion Week], and it was cold, and it flipped off my finger, and I caught it," she explained to Andy. "Like, it was on the ground and I got it."
Fingers crossed that she does not lose this brand-new jewelry from Molly.
