Paul Nassif is making major real estate moves with help from some very familiar faces. As The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum prepared to put his new Bel Air investment property on the market, he hired interior designer (and Kyle Richards' longtime pal) Faye Resnick to work on creating the home's chic look. Once he was finally ready to sell the house, Paul turned to Kyle's realtor pro husband, Mauricio Umansky, who is now co-listing the $32M estate.

"First and foremost, wow! This property is breathtaking. And by no surprise, due to the fact my dear friend [Paul] is the man behind it all," Mauricio wrote. "You think he can make you look good? Wait till you see what he can do with a house!"

After noting the interior design of the home was done by Faye, Mauricio went on to highlight some incredible features of the abode. Sitting on 1.3 acres, the property boasts seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, two pools, three custom bars, a theater, gym, sauna, and wine room. In the comments section of Mauricio's post, Faye wrote that the home was, "One of [her] favorite projects."

Paul recently opened up to PEOPLE about the project and explained that he never intended to live in the home. "This is what I envisioned when I thought about building this house in Bel Air, especially going through [The COVID-19 pandemic]: The home is now where you are going to make your oasis, work, play, and raise a family," he said of the house, which, according to PEOPLE, is not yet complete. "I thought of this with every floor plan, and wanted to include every amenity, which would be incredible for any family anywhere in the world."
