Kyle & Mauricio's Former Bel-Air Home Is Back on the Market for $6M: See Inside
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple is once again attempting to sell the 6,229-square-foot property.
Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky haven't given up on selling their old abode.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple has re-listed their former Bel-Air mansion for $5,950,000, nearly double the $3,000,000 they paid for the property in 2011.
Since moving to their Encino abode in 2017 (more on that here), Kyle and Mauricio have had a bit of trouble saying goodbye to their former digs. The couple listed the house for $6.995 million in 2017 before dropping the price to $6.3 million a few months later. Shortly after that, they reduced the asking price once again to $5.995 million. For the last two years, according to Variety, the home was leased, first as a short-term summer rental for $50,000 per month and then at an annual rate of $20,000 monthly.
According to the listing, the 6,229 square-foot-home boasts seven bathrooms, seven bedrooms, and a multi-purpose outdoor sports court, among other notable features. Scroll down for a full look at the stunning abode.
Incredible Exterior
As displayed in their Encino and Palm Springs homes, the couple seems to have an affinity for luxe pools in their backyard spaces.
Chic Foyer
With a black and white checkered floor and eye-catching ceiling lights, it seems their former entryway inspired more than a few design choices for the foyer in their Encino home.
Luxe Bathrooms
While one of the home's seven bathrooms is nearly all white, another features bold, eye-catching wallpaper.
Glam Bedrooms
Four of the bedrooms shown (there are seven total, including one currently used as a gym) feature incredible chandeliers, wood flooring, and light, airy accents throughout the rooms.
Cozy Living Spaces
Although the seating areas differ in style, it comes as no surprise that each features a unique fireplace (in case you missed it: the couple's new abode has a whopping eight fireplaces throughout).
Home Bar
It's no secret that Kyle and Mauricio are fans of a chic home bar. In their former home, they could enjoy drinks while watching television or taking in their stunning backyard view.
All-White Kitchen
The pristine open kitchen features a marble-top island and state-of-the-art appliances.
Must-See Movie Theater
The space boasts several blue chairs that complement the eye-catching blue carpeting. For a personal touch, one of the framed posters on the wall is from Kyle's thriller Halloween.
Fitness Area
As explained in the listing, one of the home's seven bedrooms has been turned into a gym space.
Detailed Dining Room
In addition to a bar cart, chandelier, and fireplace, the eating area features a gorgeous mixture of colors and textures.
