Since returning from her stint on Broadway starring in ChicagoErika Girardi has returned to her gorgeous Pasadena mansion where she resides with her lawyer husband Tom Girardi. Like most people, the transition has proven to be a bit tricky for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills performer – she told the Los Angeles Times that her life has “ground to a halt” — but luckily, Erika has a sumptuous residence to stay home in.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

And not surprisingly, Erika is practicing a whole lot of self-care in her self-quarantine. In an interview with Glamour, she revealed exactly what her nighttime rituals are, admitting they are “not cheap.” First up: Bath time. “I have a really great bathtub, and I unwind by taking baths,” she explained. “Depending on whether I need to relax or scrub up, I’ll use oils or salts. If I’m home after a show, I’ll sit in Epsom salt — sometimes you can find them with CBD, which adds an extra layer to take down the inflammation. If I’m feeling dry, I’ll sit in oil — whatever oil I have left over, or sometimes I’ll even use facial oil. There’s a television by the bathtub, so I’ll watch the news or some sort of murder mystery.”

Next up: A luxe bed to slip into. “I sleep on a Tempur-Pedic mattress, and I have custom-made sheets,” Erika revealed. “They’re white with some patterns, and the highest thread count of Egyptian cotton you can get. They’re really nice. I had all of my sheets made for the California king bed that Tom and I sleep in. They were a splurge—they’re not cheap.”

Lastly: Blackout shades. “Tom snores, so I’m constantly hitting him [in the middle of the night], but the truth is, I don’t use ear plugs,” Erika said, adding, “At home in L.A., my drapes are these really gorgeous heavy blackout shades, but I didn’t have that when I was living in New York [for Chicago], so I had to use an eye mask. I’ve had my Gucci eye mask forever.”

More to know: Erika prefers her room very cold and a big’ ol comforter on her bed (she wears socks nightly, too!), and the TV plays CNN all night long. “The television in my bedroom is always on, so after I get out of the bath and put on my jammies, I sit in bed, curled up in my comforter with Tom, and we watch the news together until we fall asleep,” she shared. “The news stays on all night at a low volume — there’s not a time in my house when CNN is not on. When I moved in with Tom 20 years ago, this was how he lived, but I wasn’t raised that way. I wasn’t allowed to watch TV at night — are you crazy? But listen, when you get married, you accept these things. This is something that he did that he wasn’t going to change, so I learned to adjust.”

It’s official: Erika has just given us bedroom goals.
