Alexia Umansky Just Had a First in Her Real Estate Career
Kyle Richards' daughter shared her latest accomplishment for her job at The Agency.
After graduating from Emerson College, Alexia Umansky quickly found her footing in the family business. While bartending on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in 2019, Kyle Richards' daughter announced that she'd taken a position at her father Mauricio's real-estate firm. “I just started at the Agency," she shared, "so I’m your next agent!"
Since then, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter has made great strides in her career. Bravo viewers saw Alexia help Amelia Gray Hamlin scout out her dream apartment, and the young realtor just starred in a video tour of one of her listings.
In the clip, Alexia walks viewers through a three-bedroom property on Hollywood Boulevard. Pointing out impressive features like a limestone facade and sweeping city views, the real-estate pro seems totally at ease in front of the camera — even if she's still warming up to filming. In the comments under the video, Alexia wrote: "I'm used to interacting with people through tours so this was a first for me!"
But at least one super agent thinks she's off to a good start. "Great tour," David Parnes wrote in the comments, adding two clapping emoji.
