We’ve Got the First Look at Lisa Vanderpump’s Brand New $300K Kitchen… and It’s Exquisite
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills matriarch got the kitchen of her dreams.
This we know: Lisa Vanderpump has had a rough year. Following the loss of her brother and a drama-filled season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the restaurateur wanted nothing more than to treat herself to… you guessed it, a brand new, top-of-the-line kitchen.
“Isn’t it gorgeous?” she exclaimed while showing the space to Vanderpump Dogs executive director John Sessa. “It's been a horrible few months but now suddenly this makes it feel so much better, right?” (Tune into tonight’s RHOBH to see the kitchen’s big reveal!)
And while most kitchen renovations start at around $20,000, of course Lisa’s budget was a bit north of that price — OK, a lot north. After visiting the showroom of an upscale kitchen designer, Lisa learned the kitchen of her dreams was going to cost her $300,000. But in true Lisa fashion, she was able to justify such a costly renovation to Ken, telling him, “Somebody’s going to come in the house in the unlikely event that we sell it and they’re going to say that I’ve got to have this house because this kitchen is so bloody amazing that I don’t mind paying an extra $300,000 for it.”
Want to see the outcome? Well, for the entire reveal, you’re going to need to tune into RHOBH tonight at 9/8c… but until then we’ve got some sneak peeks of the stunning space below.
All White Everywhere
The kitchen came out just as Lisa had envisioned: She wanted lots of white marble and white cabinets, which is exactly what she got! (Want to know exactly how much she spent on those two massive waterfall countertops alone? We’ve got the answer here.)
The Ultra-Luxe Taps
Lisa was adamant that she wanted top-of-the-line appliances and polished nickel taps.
Pops of Pink Abound
She is Lisa Vanderpump, after all, so we knew there were going to be some pops of pink. In her kitchen, those came in the form of Le Creuset dutch ovens and teapots.
From Dark and Drab…
When describing her previous kitchen design, Lisa said, “It’s depressing in my kitchen, it’s dark.”
To Bright and Totally Fab!
“I want this and I deserve this and I’ve had a horrible time,” Lisa told Ken earlier this season. “If I’ve learned anything of late, it’s to do what makes you happy. Surround yourself by people and things that make you happy.”
We couldn’t agree more. And dare we say that kitchen was worth every penny?
