After losing her Malibu home to the Woolsey fires last year and then moving to an interim trailer home, we can officially say that Camille Grammer has been through the real estate wringer of late. Which is why we’re so elated that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills friend has a sprawling, brand new manse to call home. (Sure, she also has the Malibu beachfront townhouse and the Hawaii abode as well — but, well, you know what we mean!)
And it’s not just any ol’ house, folks. Located in the ritzy nabe of Brentwood, the 5,483-square-foot mansion has six bedrooms and bathrooms, cost an eye-popping $5.85 million and oozes New England charm. But the piece de resistance of the property is just that… the property itself.
Located on a little more than half an acre, Camille's backyard is something akin to luxury resort. Complete with all the bells and whistles, the garden comprises everything from an old school tree swing to a sunken fire pit lounge area that is nestled right in between the lap pool and the hot tub. Expansive terraces — draped with bistro lights and romantic trees galore — flank the outdoor fireplace, which has built in bench seating making for yet another dreamy area to entertain.
