See How Kandi Burruss Is Celebrating the Holiday Season at Home with Her Family
The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member is sharing peeks at her Christmas tree, sweet family traditions, and festive fashion.
Kandi Burruss always goes all out for Thanksgiving, but as soon as she finishes her epic homemade meal with her family, The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member tends to turn her attention to Christmas.
In the past, Kandi has shared peeks at her Christmas trees, matching family pajamas, and more festive fashion, and this year, she's showing how she's been celebrating the holiday all month long.
How Kandi Burruss is celebrating Christmas throughout December
In December 11 Instagram Stories, Kandi showed one night of the Elf on the Shelf tradition she does with her younger kids, Ace and Blaze. In one Story showing a collection of photos of the elf with everyone in the house as they were each fast asleep, Kandi wrote, "The Elf printed all her selfies while we were [asleep]!" As the photo showed, the family's dog Goldie was the only one aside from Kandi awake for the action.
Another snap showed a close-up of the elf with a note for Ace and Blaze that read, "Nobody wanted to wake up and play with me, but Goldie and I had a great time. Love, Kitty the Elf."
On the same day, Kandi posted another Story that appeared to give a peek at her Christmas tree this year. While she didn't confirm she was posing in front of her own tree, Kandi often decorates her trees in a similar style with plenty of gold ribbons and ornaments.
Kandi Burruss' holiday party style
Kandi always rocks a head-turning look, so when she recently did an Amazon Live to talk all things festive fashion, we were sure to take note. For the live stream, Kandi rocked a sparkly strapless dress that she suggested pairing with black stilettos that had a festive bow detail. "It is important if you like to wear heels, everyone needs a simple...[black] one-strap shoe. It's an essential." Another must-have for the holiday season, she noted, is a "cute black dress."
Kandi's other holiday party style suggestions included "festive" Christmas tree earrings. "I hate when people come into, like, a Christmas party and just be plain," she explained.
