Phaedra Parks Sells Her Atlanta House: See Inside
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum still has a second home that's twice as large.
Phaedra Parks sold her Atlanta home this month for over half a million dollars below the initial listing price. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum still made a profit by selling her home at $950,000, estimated The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, since she paid $845,000 for it just five years ago. But the initial listing price was $1.5 million, later discounted to $1.1 million.
Luckily, the sale doesn't leave Phaedra and her sons without a permanent residence, for she's got another home that's twice as big in the area. Before this one becomes private for maybe forever, let's take a look inside at some of the beautiful four bedroom home's features.
RHOA viewers saw the French Provincial home in Season 9.
The backyard has professional landscaping and a showstopping pool with lounge area.
A fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, with plenty of room for coffee.
French country touches really shine in the sumptuous living room.
And when the occupants are ready to get formal, there's a dining room for that.
The gorgeous home has the power to provide a fresh start for the new owners, who have not been publicly disclosed.
