RHOA's Cynthia Bailey Reveals the Hairstyle That Helps Her Win Every Argument
The Real Housewives of Atlanta pal says that nobody comes for her when she rocks this style.
Cynthia Bailey is the first one to admit it: Her hair — that gorgeous head of hair — is an inspiration to us all. The Real Housewives of Atlanta model constantly keeps things fresh by switching up her style. And if you asked us to name the look we like best, we'd need about a week to get back to you on that.
But, there is one hairstyle Cynthia herself is partial to — especially when she needs to feel powerful. When chatting with The Lookbook, the Alabama-born stunner said: "Hair can change your mood. So when I wake up ... if I decide to put my afro on, that’s a whole other situation. I know if I put my ‘fro on, it’s going to be one of those days where I’m not taking any crap from anyone." So, that's how Cynthia stays so fierce.
The stunner continued: "[When I wear an afro it's] like, ‘I’m the queen, I get to just do what I want to do, and everyone just has to let me live my life.' I just think when I put my ‘fro on, I’m powerful. Whenever I film with my afro on, nobody really comes for me because they’re like ‘oh boy, she’s got the afro on today. And that means you just can’t win with her.’ You just cannot out-argue a person with an afro on. You just can’t do it. You just won’t win."
Cynthia makes a fair point. We proably would skip dishing out sass to a woman who looks like this:
But, you may have noticed that Cynthia's been rocking a lot of blonde in Season 10 of The Real Houswewives of Atlanta. What does this sunny hue signify?
"I think the blonde to me represented where I’m at in my life," Cynthia told The Lookbook. "I just want to have fun! Blondes have run right? That’s what they say? If I want to have fun, I put my blonde wig on. If I want to be strong, I put my afro on."
