Cynthia Bailey Made a Shocking Reveal About Her Love Life — and It Includes Lenny Kravitz
RHOA's Cynthia Bailey opened up about dating life and what happened when the rock star asked for her number.
Oh, what could have been! As it turns out, The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Cynthia Bailey and rock star Lenny Kravitz met last year and now she's spilling all about her encounter with the musician.
During a live taping of Two Ts in a Pod on Friday, Nov. 1, Cynthia recalled the time that Lenny had obtained her phone number at Mick Jagger's birthday party in July 2023. After she had been introduced to the rocker during the party, Lenny then asked a mutual friend for her digits, but he never called her afterward, Cynthia revealed during the podcast, according to Page Six.
But, there was not too much disappointment on Cynthia's end. "I didn't really feel any sparks," Cynthia admitted about her meeting with Lenny. However, at the party, she was trying to play it "really cool" towards the music legend. "He was really nice," she revealed. "He didn't seem overly interested or anything."
And at the end of the day, Cynthia admitted, "he never used my damn number."
Is Cynthia Bailey in a relationship?
Although things didn't work out with Lenny, Cynthia has talked about the other special man in her life. During an Aug. 26 appearance on the Sirius XM radio show, Jeff Lewis Live, Cynthia admitted that she was seeing someone who lives abroad.
"I have met someone," she confirmed. "I met someone who lives in Amsterdam, but he comes to visit me a lot, and it's been four consistent months, and I really like him."
And despite things moving at a faster pace than normal, she revealed that they are exclusively dating, but also keeping things very private. "We have been creeping all over the place and no one has caught us yet," she concluded.
More Details on Cynthia Bailey's New Boyfriend
Cynthia shared even more details about this mystery man during a Nov. 4 episode of her podcast that she co-hosts with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Crystal Kung Minkoff, Humble Brag with Crystal and Cynthia. She explained during the episode that she had been with her boyfriend the night before.
"It feels so weird to say boyfriend out loud," she admitted. "Boyfriend. Like what is that?"
Cynthia further revealed that her boyfriend is a musician (like Lenny Kravitz). "He does a mixture of reggae and hardstyle, which is basically kind of like electronic dance music," she said. "He's from Amsterdam, by the way. So it's a whole thing. Dreadlocks down to the floor."
But even three months after she admitted she was dating someone, Cynthia still doesn't want to go public with him on Instagram. "I have a whole boyfriend," she said on the Nov. 4 podcast episode. "And I don't even post him on Instagram yet because I feel like any time, because I get really excited when I'm in love...I'm a lover of love."
"And I love to be like, yay," she continued. "And I do hashtags for us. Like I'm the worst. I can be annoying. But I love love. Like, love is a beautiful thing."
