What Jenna Jameson Ate for Her First Cheat Meal Off the Keto Diet: "When I Cheat... I Go IIIIIIN!"

Vocal Keto diet follower Jenna Jameson reached her goal weight — and went to town.

Jenna Jameson lost more than 60 pounds since giving birth to her daughter Batel Lu in April 2017, and she's become a very outspoken advocate for the Keto diet, which she credits for her transformation.

She recently shared that she's reached her goal weight of 123 pounds through the diet, and described what a typical day of eating looks like for her on the plan: "Every morning I eat the exact same thing: 3 eggs with cheese and an avocado. Lunch is my biggest meal, I always eat arugula salad, grilled asparagus or zucchini with some kind of meat... I then snack when ever I feel hungry (usually on almonds or macadamia nuts... sometime cottage cheese) that’s it!" Then, she said, she moves onto the intermittent fasting portion of the Keto plan.

Having reached her goal, Jenna has now gotten to a place where she feels comfortable stepping back for a little relaxation on the intensity. For Jenna, that meant a huge Middle Eastern meal at a restaurant she identified as L.A.'s Tel Aviv Grill.

In the pics she shared from the indulgence, she's surrounded by abundant platters filled with hummus, olives, rice, meat, and more; she captioned the set of two images, "When I have a cheat meal, I go IIIIIIN! Israeli style!"

In the comments, one fan wanted to know, "How often do you do cheat meals? I'm trying to avoid it until I hit my goal weight." 

To that, Jenna responded, "This is my first actual cheat meal."

Work hard, eat hard.
