Do Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke Plan to Film Their Wedding? They Say…
The Summer House couple revealed that they’re in the final stages of wedding planning. Get all the details.
Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke are nearly ready to say “I do.”
The Summer House couple told E! News that it won’t be long before they’re headed down the aisle, with Lindsay explaining, “We are super close to locking everything in, either this week or next week.”
“We are looking at this year in the fall and it being a big, big wedding,” she continued. “It’s taken this long for us to come together — he’s 38, I’m 36 — I don’t think there is anybody in our lives that would let us get away with a small wedding.”
Since they’re going all out, does that mean they’d want the cameras to be rolling? In short, yes.
“It would be crazy to me — from Season 1 till now — to all of a sudden not see our wedding,” Carl said, echoing what his Summer House castmate Amanda Batula had expressed before she and Kyle Cooke tied the knot on Summer House Season 6. As she put it, “It would be rude of us to do something private and not share that with the people that we’ve shared every aspect of our relationship with.”
Of course, before Carl and Lindsay get hitched, fans will get to see another milestone in their relationship on Summer House’s upcoming Season 7, as teased in the trailer: their engagement.
Carl popped the question last August at Southampton’s Dune Beach. “As we got there, I told her, ‘We haven’t had time to have alone time this summer, and I wanted to do something special,’” he told People. “And I had the ring in a beach bag that she was carrying that I snuck in there. And she turned her back, and I figured, ‘This is my chance,’ and I grabbed the ring, got down on one knee, and I turned her around and told her I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her, how happy I was, and that our love story was just beginning.”
Added Lindsay, “He said, ‘Will you marry me?’ And I said, ‘A thousand times, yes!’ And he said, ‘Hold on, let me get the ring,’ and I was like, ‘I don’t care! When should we get married? Now? I’m ready!’”
