Why Is Josh Flagg Selling His House?

The 'MDLLA' agent just put his lavish Sunset Strip home on the market.

Just after closing the sale on a $5 million dollar home for Dr. Paul Nassif, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent Josh Flagg announced that he will be doing business with another reality star- himself.

"My house is on the market! Onto new things!!," Josh tweeted Wednesday.

The 1,687-square foot, two bed/two bath home he's leaving may sound like modest digs for the successful and impeccably-dressed realtor but there's nothing modest about this $2 million dollar home.

The million-dollar-per-bedroom price tag might have something to do with the home's prestigious Sunset Strip address: the bungalow is located just near the border of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. The Spanish-style home, which Josh bought for $1.6 million just 18 months ago, features dark hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, marble countertops, a brick fireplace and comes equipped with a security system to protect every opulent detail—like those shiny brass knobs on the stove.

In the short time Josh lived there, the decor was completely reimagined by his boyfriend, interior designer Colton Thorn, who may or may not be totally excited about this move. When Variety asked Josh about his plans he told them, "I prefer high-rise living. It’s the boyfriend who likes houses."

This isn't the only property Josh has owned—take a video tour of his high-rise Los Angeles apartment.
