Woo-hoo, Vick! What a difference a year makes – around this time last fall, the OG from the O.C. wanted to wring her daughter and now son-in-law’s necks after the couple secretly eloped in Las Vegas. But today? It’s all smiles and diapers.
"Im so proud of Briana and Ryan. They will make amazing parents," she continued gushing. Go ahead, Grandma, brag a little. "Troy is ADORABLE," Vicki later added on Twitter.
