Teresa and Louie Just Celebrated a Major Relationship Milestone
The RHONJ mom shared a heartfelt tribute to Louie exactly three years after they met.
Time flies when you’re in love.
Less than a year after tying the knot with Luis “Louie” Ruelas, The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice took to Instagram to commemorate a major milestone in their relationship.
Teresa and Louie celebrate an anniversary
“[Three] years ago today I met the love of my life!!” she captioned a July 26 Instagram post. “Everything in our life happened for a reason, for us to find each other. I love you endlessly and am forever grateful you came into my life. Your soul is so rare. We have such a beautiful family and I will forever cherish our love.”
The post featured a video montage of the couple’s heartwarming moments together, including photos from their wedding, a few snaps of their home life, and fun clips from their family vacations.
Bravolebrities congratulate Teresa and Louie on the milestone
The tribute received a slew of likes and congratulatory comments from friends, fans, and fellow Bravolebrities, such as The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kandi Burruss, RHONJ alum Jacqueline Laurita, and RHONJ’s Jennifer Aydin and Dolores Catania.
“Happy anniversary love birds,” Dolores wrote. “Cheers to many more.”
Louie celebrated the anniversary in a July 24 Instagram post that included a video of Teresa boarding a plane during their family’s Mykonos getaway.
“I LOVE YOU,” he wrote in the caption, which included the hashtags “family time” and “happy anniversary.”
Teresa and Louie’s Blended Family Life
Teresa and Louie got married in August 2022, about two years after the Jersey mom finalized her divorce from Joe Giudice. The former couple, who welcomed four daughters during their 20-year marriage, have developed a cordial and very supportive co-parenting relationship. In fact, Teresa and Louie are good friends with Joe’s brother, Pete Giudice, and his wife.
“With Pete… he’s like my best friend. I grew up with him,” Teresa revealed in the July 19 episode of her Namaste B$tches podcast. “It’s like we picked up right where we left off, which is awesome. Same thing with his wife, Sheila.”
Teresa said she reconnected with Pete at her daughter Gia Giudice’s college graduation in May, and she saw him again several weeks later at Gabriella Giudice’s high school graduation.
“That was great. And then it got even easier,” she continued, before revealing whether Joe had any issues regarding her friendship with Pete. “No, [Joe] welcomes this. It’s all good. Joe’s family is an amazing family. They really are. They’re all about family. They would never hurt each other in any way. No matter how much money somebody offered them, they would never hurt each other. That’s not how Joe’s family rolls… It’s been great. The kids are so happy.”
