Here's the First Photo of Teresa and Joe Giudice's Reunion in Italy
"We’re back," Gia Giudice said of the pic of The Real Housewives of New Jersey family.
Back together again.
Teresa Giudice and her four daughters reunited with the patriarch of the family, Joe Giudice, in Italy on Thursday, November 7. Eldest daughter Gia Giudice shared the first photo of the whole family's reunion on Instagram. Teresa and Joe looked thrilled to be all together in one place with their girls (Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 10) in this adorable photo. "We’re back," Gia captioned the pic on Instagram, along with a heart emoji.
This is the first photo of the whole family together following years of Teresa and Joe's legal issues. Teresa served 11 months in prison in 2015. Joe was immediately taken into ICE custody after completing his 41-month prison sentence in March. He has been in Italy since October 11 when he was released from ICE custody after his request to await the final decision in his ongoing deportation case overseas was approved last month.
Joe has been spending a lot of time with loved ones while staying at his grandmother's house in Sala Consilina in Italy. Teresa's father, Giacinto Gorga, came over to Italy to see Joe earlier this week ahead of the rest of the family's visit, which will be filmed for RHONJ.
Teresa and Joe underscored the importance of this reunion in Italy in determining the fate of their marriage during their interview with Andy Cohen on October 27. "We're both two different people now. I don't know, I'm not the same Teresa I was, and I know he's not the same Joe," Teresa said. "Like I told him, no matter what, I always want us to respect each other and I do love him as a person. I'll start crying because I do, I care about him, I love him, I don't know how I'll feel when I see him."
However, Teresa said that she was still holding off on making any final decisions until she could be with Joe again. "Like I even talk to Gia about it. She's like, 'Mommy, wait 'til you go there and you see him and see how you feel.' And I was like, 'You know what, you're right,'" she told Andy. "That's what I'm doing, too. I'm waiting until I get there and when I see him if I feel differently."
We'll see how the Giudice family dealt with Joe's absence this season of RHONJ, which airs Wednesdays at 8/7c. See more of the family above and below.
