SWV's Lelee Lyons Has a Major Update on Her Erotica Audiobook

SWV singer LeAnne "Lelee" Lyons is teasing us with her erotic alter ego, but it just might be part of the schtick. Thankfully, we’re getting an update — and a glimpse — into The Many Faces of SistaHottPussy, formally referred to as The Adventures of Sister Hot Pussy.

The New York-born R&B artist gave fans of SWV & XSCAPE: The Queens of R&B a little taste of what’s to come with her long-awaited audiobook, which revolves around Lelee’s sexually charged alt persona. In a recent interview with The Daily Dish Lelee revealed that the sexual escapades of SistaHottPussy are coming soon.

“Oh, she’s packaging. She’s packaging right now,” teased Lelee. “She’s almost ready. Actually, she is ready, but she’s packaged now.”

In Episode 4 of SWV & XSCAPE: The Queens of R&B, which aired Sunday, March 26, Lelee had SWV manager, Dan, at her home while working on the story, reading a small excerpt for the world to hear.

“As he walked towards the pulpit, but first greeting his ministers and clergy, the minister’s d*** was damn near halfway down his pant leg in those tailor-fitted pants,” she recited.  

Lelee is already 10 chapters deep into her current draft, but some holy water might be in order. (PRO TIP: If you pause the series, you can read a larger sample of the audiobook, and oh my, it’s juicy).

As Lelee told SWV’s manager, Dan, “SistaHottPussy is just who she is.”

Like many aspiring, and even well-established, authors, Lelee admitted that writing a book was more challenging than anticipated.

“Everybody seems to think because you’re talking about sex, it’s so easy, but it’s not,” said Lelee. “It’s not that easy, like, I’m really not … you know, I do my thing, but, listen. I don’t do what a lot of those people on Pornhub does.”

Despite Lelee’s success with SWV, she hopes tapping into her creative side will showcase that she’s a woman of many talents.

“My goal is to be an established author,” Lelee continued, adding that it was wise to have multiple streams of income. Lelee has been open in the Bravo series about overcoming financial ruin and homelessness while living in New York City.

The Many Faces of SistaHottPussy, which has yet to be released, would come after Lelee’s 2019 memoir, I Regret the Day I Lost My Virginity: You Are Not Your Past. However, Lelee says her craft will be secondary to her super successful music career.

“SWV will always be my priority,” Lelee told the group’s manager. “SWV is why I’m able to do a lot of things.”

Later, during a sit-down with fellow SWV singers Tamara “Taj” Johnson-George and Cheryl “Coko” Gamble at the Pharaohs Palace restaurant and hookah lounge, as seen in Episode 5, Lelee doubled down on previous statements that writing a book was a difficult task.

“Your imagination just have to be out of this world,” said Lelee.

Taj suggested Lelee read the bestselling E.L. James erotic book series Fifty Shades of Grey, which she said helped her and her husband, Eddie George, in the bedroom.

“After I read the book, I told Eddie, ‘Go get everything, every toy, and we gonna try ‘em all,’” said Taj. “Good Lord, yes, I did.”

Neither one of Lelee’s bandmates was surprised at her pursuing SistaHottPussy.

“I can see Lelee writing an erotica book; she’s always been very creative, and she’s so nasty,” Coko told producers. “She doesn’t think so, she likes to say it’s me, but it’s not.”

“There’s a lot of SistaHottPussy in every woman,” Lelee told The Daily Dish. “We just gotta let her out.”
