Sutton Stracke gives an update on her son, James, and his living arrangements
During a candid conversation with Kyle Richards, Sutton revealed that her ex-husband got a job promotion and would be moving to London. With his move overseas, Christian planned to take his son, James, with him, which startled Sutton.
“I was thinking, ‘Can he just take James?’” Sutton told Kyle in an emotional state. She continued, “And, then also, I didn’t know if maybe James wanted to go with him.”
Ultimately, Sutton and Christian decided to let James stay with his mom full-time in the 90210.
Who is Sutton Stracke’s son, James Stracke?
James is the youngest son of Sutton and Christian Stracke. He is currently a junior in high school. As mentioned, James now resides with Sutton at her beautiful Los Angeles abode.
The mom of three recently shared an adorable family photo with her growing teen over the November holiday weekend. As shown in the picture, Sutton posed for the camera with James, Porter, Philip, and other family members.
“From my family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving,” Sutton captioned her Instagram post.
Who is Sutton Stracke’s son, Philip, and how is he doing?
Sutton and her ex-husband also co-parent their eldest son, Philip. He is currently in his sophomore year at The Citadel. As fans may recall, Sutton opened up about how moving Philip across the country to attend college would be easier than her experience with Porter.
“After Philip graduates from high school, he's going to The Citadel, which is actually a military school," she said in an interview on Season 12, Episode 13 of RHOBH. "I think the good news is I don't have to decorate his room. It's not like a Porter situation. There's no like curtains and, you know, any of that stuff. I think you have to like bounce a quarter off your bed."
In October, Sutton took to her social feed to show some love to Philip as he embarked on another year of studies. “Having a college son isn’t so bad,” she wrote as the caption to a photo of her alongside her towering son in his cadet uniform.
“So proud of my Cadet. See [you] next time!” she concluded the post.
Who is Sutton Stracke’s ex-husband, Christian Stracke?
Sutton was previously married to Christian Stracke, whom she has known since childhood. The two said “I Do” in May 2000 and divorced in 2016. Sutton and Christian share three kids together: daughter Porter and sons Philip and James. Porter and Philip have both made appearances on RHOBH.
