Does Stassi Schroeder Keep in Touch with Her Ex-Boyfriend Patrick Meagher?

Stassi Schroeder may be head over heels in love with boyfriend Beau Clark these days, but this season of Vanderpump Rules is definitely not the first time we've gotten up close and personal with her love life. Let's not forget that after Stassi ended her on-again, off-again relationship with Jax Taylor (that feels like forever ago, doesn't it?), she began dating Patrick Meagher, who finally made his Vanderpump Rules debut last season.

But it wasn't long after filming on Season 6 of Vanderpump Rules ended when Stassi and Patrick called it quits in August 2017 — this time for good. Stassi told The Daily Dish during an interview in December that she is "not in touch with Patrick at all" these days. "I mean, if you watched Season 6, you'd probably understand why," she explained. "I didn't realize how much of a douche he was. Sorry!"

Though we can't imagine it was easy for Stassi to watch moments like Patrick's awkward encounter with Lisa Vanderpump last season, it was much more difficult for her to see her own interactions with her then-boyfriend play out on screen. "The hardest part of Season 6 was how I was with him. Like I didn't realize that I was just this wallflower, and I was scared to talk, I was scared to do anything. I was always, like, walking on eggshells," Stassi said. "And I never recognized myself as that type of person, so it was really trippy to watch that back."

But Stassi said that she has "absolutely" learned from the experience. "It also makes me appreciate my relationship now so much more because I'm like, oh my god, I can just be myself. That has been the best thing ever about being with Beau, like I don't feel like I have to, like even when I f--k up or do weird s--t, he still loves it."
