Meredith Marks Is “Happy to Be Alive” After a Scary Car Accident
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member said she’s grateful because the accident “could have been far more horrible.”
Meredith Marks has a new appreciation for life after going through a terrifying ordeal.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member revealed as much on Thursday, March 23, when she took to Instagram to share a snapshot of herself and a friend. “This photo was taken moments before our driver, Brent, was fortunately able to maneuver the car into the snowbank, as we were headed to crash off of a cliff in Utah,” Meredith captioned the post, which also included a video of the car in the snowbank. “This is a reminder to always be grateful and count your blessings. My dear friend and I were in a car accident that could have been far more horrible. Kathy, Brent, and I are all okay and safe.”
She then urged her fellow Utah residents to be extra cautious in the winter conditions: “Please be careful on the roads, especially during this season with the most snow in Park City that we have seen in decades.”
Meredith concluded the post with an important message, noting, “Many times in life we dwell on things of little importance rather than being grateful for the positive things that we have. I am beyond happy to be alive and well.”
Her friends, family members, and fellow Bravolebrities took to the comments to express their relief that nobody was seriously injured. “Love you so much,” Meredith’s son, Brooks Marks, wrote, while her daughter, Chloe Marks, added, “Love you momma.”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Shereé Whitfield and The Real Housewives of Miami’s Guerdy Abraira, among others, also showed their support.
