Jessel Taank's husband, Pavit Randhawa, is a financier and businessman with a host of titles to his name, including “experienced management consultant, investment banker, project leader, and adviser to senior executives with a background spanning strategy, operations, financial analysis, and M&A [mergers and acquisitions],” according to his LinkedIn profile.

How Did Pavit Randhawa and Jessel Taank Meet?

Pavit and newbie RHONY cast member Jessel — a British-Indian fashion publicist and brand consultant from London — met at a bar through a mutual friend some time after Jessel moved to the Big Apple. They maintained a long-distance relationship for several years, while Jessel worked at Michael Kors in New York and Pavit attended the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

“The distance was brutal, but we managed to see each other every other week, either in New York or for fun little weekend getaways,” Jessel told Vogue in 2016.

Both were looking for a change, Jessel said in her interview, so they decided to live together — however, they initially agreed to live in New York only as platonic roommates.

"In true New York fashion, we decided it would be easier to be roommates, as we already knew each other’s vices and it’d definitely be better than living with strangers,” said Jessel. “When my mother came to visit me, she was introduced to Pavit for the first time, and of course made a comment that she was certain that we would end up together. I started paying closer attention and ended up asking him out to dinner. The rest is history!”

After three years of dating, Pavit proposed while the pair vacationed on the small Puerto Rican island of Vieques. They later had a picture-perfect destination wedding in Riviera Maya, Mexico, which included two ceremonies to accommodate Pavit’s Hindu religious beliefs and Jessel’s Sikh traditions.

Pavit and Jessel share a pair of twin toddler boys, Kai and Rio, who have an Instagram page devoted to them. Jessel also keeps her fans updated on her and her husband’s “fancy schmancy” outings on her Instagram page, while Pavit shares post after post dedicated to global outings.

Some of those adventures include vacationing on the tropical beaches of Mexico, enjoying sunsets off the Jamaican coast, or exploring the snowy mountains of Utah.

According to Pavit’s profile, his interests are first-class travel, luxury, fine dining, and style.

He is based between Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York.

In the First Look of The Real Housewives of New York City, it seems Pavit is ready to jet-set once again, this time to Vietnam — a move that seems to draw ire from the other 'Wives.

“I need some time to myself,” Pavit tells Jessel.

The new season trailer may indicate choppy waters for the married couple, with Jessel telling the other ‘Wives that she and Pavit are having issues.

Jessel joins De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Lichy, Jenna Lyons, and Brynn Whitfield for the show’s Season 14, a series reboot with all-new faces, premiering Sunday, July 16 at 9/8c on Bravo.
