Jennifer Aydin “Finally Gave In” and Welcomed a Furry New Family Member
After the RHONJ family got a new puppy, Jennifer took her sons to meet Chris Hemsworth in NYC.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Jennifer Aydin just dubbed herself “mommy of the year” — and her kids just might agree. The mom of five not only welcomed a new puppy into their home but also took two of her sons to meet a literal superhero the same day.
“I finally gave in. Let’s all welcome Biscuit to the Aydin Family!” Jennifer captioned an adorable November 15 Instagram video introducing their new dog, joking, “Wish me luck…I’m gonna need it!”
In the RHONJ cast member’s social media posts, her daughter Olivia, in particular, seemed to form an instant attachment to the pup, who provided a happy distraction from her missing out on Taylor Swift tickets when the ticketing website “crashed,” according to Jennifer.
Even fellow Bravolebs, including Shahs of Sunset’s Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi and The Real Housewives of Dallas’ Kary Brittingham, couldn’t help but comment on how “adorable” Biscuit is.
Later that day, Jennifer took her sons Jacob and Christian to the New York City premiere of the new Disney+ docuseries Limitless with Chris Hemsworth, which just so happened to be the boys’ “first red carpet.” Upon their arrival, the RHONJ ’Wife noted in her Instagram Stories that her sons “brought their Thor hammers” and were “hoping to meet Chris Hemsworth” at the “private screening.” (Jennifer’s husband, Bill Aydin, was home with a “tummy ache,” she explained.)
Well, in the end, she certainly came through for Jacob and Christian, who posed with Hemsworth after he autographed their hammers. “I love you guys like crazy. Mommy would do anything for you guys,” she told them in an Instagram video she recorded while they were exiting Lincoln Center. “I’m like a lion protecting her cubs.”
That wasn’t the only fun Aydin family outing they’ve had lately either. In addition to enjoying some quality time with her sister-in-law, Melda, at a fundraiser, Jennifer took her children Jacob, Christian, Olivia, and Gabby to the Metropolitan Museum of Art on November 14. (Her eldest son, Justin, is currently away at college.) In her caption, she joked about the boys being “so not interested” in her photo-taking, while Olivia was happy to be the “star.”
As the holidays approach, the Aydins certainly seem to have plenty to be thankful for this year.
