Leva Bonaparte Shares a Glimpse at Her Life with Her Husband and Son
Here's what the Southern Charm-er and her family have been up to lately.
Leva Bonaparte is truly a good sport.
While preparing for this year’s Halloween festivities, the Southern Charm cast member had a clear vision for her spooky-season look: something easy; sparkly; and, above all, cute. However, Leva ultimately scrapped that plan in the interest of family fun.
On Thursday, October 31, the Southern Hospitality boss provided a peek at her Halloween night with her husband, Lamar Bonaparte, and their 6-year-old son, Lamar “Little” Bonaparte, Jr. The video began with Leva leaning toward the camera as she zhuzhed up her hair with a large, glittery orange bow. Seconds into the clip, Lamar reached in to remove their festive accessory and began placing a traffic cone costume over Leva’s head.

The couple’s son entered the frame to reveal his and his dad’s race-car driver costumes.
“When you are trying to be a cute mom on Halloween but the boys won’t let you live your cute mom Halloween best life!” Leva captioned the video.
She shared another peek at the get-ups in a TikTok video, where she was seen smiling and dancing to Rascal Flatt’s rendition of “Life Is a Highway.”
“Ready to hit the road,” she wrote in the post.
What to expect from Leva in Southern Charm Season 10
Fans will get a closer look at Leva’s life in Southern Charm Season 10, which is set to premiere December 5 on Bravo. According to a press release, the new season will find Leva resuming her role as “a sounding board for her friends” while never hesitating “to call out their bad behavior when they step out of line.”
Leva dishes on what it's like working with her husband, Lamar
Leva and Lamar tied the knot in 2013 and welcomed their son about five years later. In addition to raising Lamar Jr., the couple also owns a handful of Charleston bars/restaurants, including Southern Hospitality’s Republic. Leva spoke about her and Lamar’s work dynamic in a 2022 interview with The Daily Dish, explaining how their personalities balanced each other out.
“He’s sort of like a strong silent type in all things,” she said. “Even when it boils down to the business, he’ll kind of walk in, see what he needs to, and go. I’m more of the ‘people person,’ and I do try to go the extra mile. We don’t always agree on how to run business… which I think makes us great business partners...
“[Lamar] kind of throws the hammer down. If he walks in, they know, ‘Dad is mad,’ and it’s really gonna be a problem,” she joked. “[Our employees] don’t even want to see him here.”
