Vicki Gunvalson Found the Most Touching Reminder of Her Late Mother on Her Birthday
The Real Housewives of Orange County O.G. came across an old card at just the right time.
Vicki Gunvalson had a close relationship with her late mother Joanne Steinmetz and was devastated when she died suddenly in 2015. Since then, Vicki has struggled to process her grief and has admitted that losing her beloved mom was harder than she ever imagined it would be. So, The Real Housewives of Orange County O.G. was moved to find a poignant reminder of her late mother on her birthday.
On March 27, Vicki took to Instagram to share a photo of her discovery. "I found this birthday card from my mom by accident last night in my nightstand. I guess it was her way of telling me Happy Birthday from heaven," she wrote.
One photo showcased the outside of the card, which was decorated with flowers and butterflies. In a second snap, Vicki gave a peek of the message her mother wrote. She explained that the pretty card was the last one she ever received from her mother.
