Phaedra Parks Shares Some Exciting Updates About Her Sons, Who Are "Definitely Full of Personality"
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum offers some insight into her little boys' lives these days.
When Phaedra Parks isn't busy with one of her businesses or hanging with her new boyfriend, radio personality Tone Kapone, she is, of course, spending her free time with her two young sons, Ayden, 8, and Dylan, 5.
“They are definitely full of personality. Totally opposite but both hilarious,” she told PEOPLE recently about her two boys with ex-husband, Apollo Nida. “They are third grade and kindergarten and with all kinds of sports and after-school activities on their schedule — that is a job in and of itself!”
In fact, The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum isn't shy about sharing photos of her boys, affectionately dubbed Prince and President, on Instagram, where she's also opened up about her life as a single mom. "The best ending to every day is coming home to my sons," she's shared. "Being a parent is the most important job anyone can have!"
As for her situation with her ex, Apollo, who is currently serving an 8-year prison sentence for fraud and identity theft, well, she offered some insight into where things stand now. (To recap: the couple wed in 2009 and she announced their plans to divorce in October 2014. Apollo got engaged to Sherien Almufti in 2016. She later made an appearance in Season 9 of RHOA. Phaedra and Apollo reportedly reached a divorce settlement in July 2017.)
“We have two beautiful sons together,” she told PEOPLE. “I’ll always be grateful for that. I’m hoping he will get married to whomever he is engaged to, honey, and he will be out of my hair.”
As for Phaedra, well, she has also been spotted hanging with some of the RHOA ladies as of late.
