Josh Flagg Is "Thrilled" By His Latest Career Announcement
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent just revealed his next move and find out what else he's been up to.
Josh Flagg is venturing into another realm in the real estate world.
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent is known for selling luxury properties all around the Golden State, and he'll be bringing his real estate knowledge to his new venture, a media company.
Josh announced his exciting next career move on September 20.
Josh Flagg's Career Announcement
The Angeleno is one of the three co-founders of Estate Media, a company that will offer experts, aficionados, and industry followers an assortment of content about all things real estate-related. Josh's co-founders are Griff O'Brien (who is also the chief executive), and Andrew Shanfeld. The website went live on the same day that the announcement was publicized.
Speaking to The Wall Street Journal about the company's purpose, Josh stated, "Like other creator categories, top real-estate personalities can benefit by creating content together and cross-collaborating and promoting content that helps add social reach and brand loyalty."
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles cast member also shared more about the business on his Instagram feed.
"Thrilled to announce the launch of [Estate Media] and our Seed Round. [Andrew Shanfeld, Griffin O'Brien], and I set out to create a content destination for the real estate industry and its fans, that’s both informative and entertaining..."
Tracy Tutor's Involvement
In addition to being a co-founder of Estate Media, Josh will also teach a master class on how to secure properties and how to close deals.
His longtime pal and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles castmate, Tracy Tutor, will also be part of the content rollout on the site, per The Wall Street Journal. It's unclear at this time what her participation entails.
After the news went live, Josh shared a photo with Tracy and his co-founder, Andrew, on his Instagram Stories. Tracy re-shared the shot on her page as well.
What else is Josh Flagg doing today?
In addition to expanding his business portfolio, Josh has been making time for his friends, including hanging out with Vanderpump Rules' Lala Kent as well as vacationing with Tracy. Josh, as it turns out, has also been getting in some quality time with his beloved dog, George.
Speaking of homes, the real estate pro has also been sharing little glimpses into his glam home, if you're looking for some decor inspiration.
Josh also shared that this fall he'll be working more in the philanthropic space, writing on Instagram, "My family’s connection with City of Hope goes back more than 100 years, but my personal passion for the work that they do to eliminate [cancer and] other life-threatening illnesses continues to grow. I’m excited to partner with my colleagues in the music, film and entertainment industries to support a couple of upcoming events this fall that will benefit [City of Hope]. Stay tuned for more."
