Lisa Vanderpump's Dad Has Passed Away: "Broken-Hearted"

Lisa Vanderpump has confirmed that her father, John Vanderpump, has died. She shared the somber news of his passing on her Instagram account on Wednesday, July 3.
"I will miss you daddy …Broken-hearted," the Vanderpump Rules boss wrote in a statement, alongside a photo featuring herself and her dad standing out in nature together. "Rest in peace."
Her daughter, Pandora Vanderpump, addressed her grandfather's death in the comments section of Lisa's post by sharing a heart emoji.
A number of Bravolebs also showed their support for Lisa following the loss, with Teresa Giudice, Nina Ali, James Kennedy, Garcelle Beauvais, Scheana Shay, Joyce Giraud, and Gretchen Rossi, among them.
Who is Lisa Vanderpump's Dad, John Vanderpump?
Lisa's dad was an ad agency director and the family lived in Dulwich, London in her childhood, according to her Wikipedia. Lisa's father's passing comes about five years after the loss of her mom, Jean Vanderpump, who passed away in 2019. The year prior to that, in 2018, Lisa's brother, Mark Vanderpump, passed away by suicide at the age of 59.
Around the the time she lost her brother, she opened up on RuPaul about the loss of her brother: "I'm also all about talking about what's happening in your life because when you reach out to people, when you share your stories, people will benefit from your experience, and you can say how you worked through it or maybe how you can prevent something in the future. So reaching out and being the best you can be and being the best support to those around you," she shared. "If you're going through something, it's OK. We're all gonna go through something."

Amid their family ups and downs, Lisa allowed fans some insight into her relationship with her dad. In 2022, she shared that she was visiting her father in her native England where he was living at the time.
"Aagh it’s was so good to spend time with my daddy in England where he lives..Home now," she wrote at the time alongside the same photo she shared on July 3, 2024 when she opened up about the passing of her dad.
