Kyle Richards' Daughters' Recent Real Estate Clients Include RHOBH Alum Joyce Giraud

Viewers of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have seen alums come and go over the past 13 seasons of the show — including Season 4 cast member, Joyce Giraud. The former beauty queen and mom of two made waves on the show for her strong opinions. However, she did get along with Kyle Richards.
Although the two women don't talk as frequently as they once did, Kyle does have a fun connection to Joyce through her daughters, who work at their dad Mauricio Umansky's real estate firm, The Agency. During an Amazon Live stream on Tuesday, Aug. 27, Kyle revealed how Joyce is doing now.
"I have not seen her in a long time, but my girls were selling her house, and just saying how sweet she is," she said during the stream. While it's unclear which of the daughters worked with Joyce — as three of Kyle's four daughters currently work at The Agency — it's great to know that all is well between them.
Joyce is also still thinking of Kyle. In July 2023, Joyce told The Messenger that she was "sad" for Kyle after learning about her split from Mauricio. "I just wish them the best as a family and parents to amazing girls," she said, according to RealityTea. "And I hope they can each find happiness."
What Joyce Giraud from RHOBH Has Been Up to Today
The Season 4 alum is still raising her two boys and married to her producer husband, Michael Ohoven. Joyce is super active on her Instagram account, where she updates her followers with photos of her sons, her husband, and the locations of her recent travels. Joyce and her husband were in Paris in late July for the Olympics, where she posed in front of the Eiffel Tower, and kissed her husband over a romantic dinner.
In early August, the family of four traveled to Japan, where Joyce and Michael celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary. "Every year, we get married in a different place in the world," Joyce wrote in the caption of an Instagram post, filled with photos from their vow renewal.
"This is wedding 15," she continued. "Each year has been super special but I have to say; this year in Japan was AMAZING! So spiritual!"
But when she isn't traveling the world, Joyce is spending time in Los Angeles. In June, she revealed that she even met up with RHOBH alum, Lisa Vanderpump, who she still keeps in touch with.
During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in March 2021, Lisa revealed that she and Joyce are very close. "And Joyce Giraud is one of my very, very best friends, even though she was only on Bravo for a minute," she explained.
