The Real Housewives of New York City alum is sharing new details on her buzzed-about Upper East Side townhouse.
Sonja Morgan's townhouse became synonymous with The Real Housewives of New York City alum during her time as a cast member on the show.
After joining the cast of the show in Season 3, Sonja galavanted around her Upper East Side home over the course of 10 seasons. Viewers watched as she renovated the house, rented out the house, had her interns take care of her house, put the house on the market, and then subsequently take it off the market.

Sonja was a guest in the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen clubhouse on Wednesday, March 6, where she answered the pressing question on everyone's minds.
Sonja Morgan's Latest Townhouse Update
Yes, Sonja is now living in her townhouse again, as she explained on WWHL to host Andy Cohen.
"My renters just moved out, a fabulous family," she said. "So, now I'm living at home, which makes me feel broke."
But she now has a plan for her house, which might be making its way back on the market sometime soon. "I'm not going to rent it anymore, OK?" she said. "It's for sale. No more renting, because then you can't show it."
While she did not reveal where she plans on living once the townhouse sells, knowing Sonja, her new place will be just as fab.

Sonja last publicly talked about her fabulous home at BravoCon 2023 in Las Vegas, where she noted that fellow RHONY alum, Dorinda Medley, gave her some advice on what to do with her home.
"Dorinda and I had a really good chitchat this morning, and she's like, 'Just auction it and move on with your fabulous life.'" she revealed.
But until the day comes and she sells it, rest assured, Sonja is still hanging out in the townhome that viewers have grown to know and love over the course of 10 seasons.
