In the September 19 episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Heather Gay and Jen Shah had an emotional discussion about their past, present, and future after a tense time for the pair in their friendship.

"We yelled at each other, we cried, and we ended best friends again, laughing, having a great time," Heather shares in the clip.
When Whitney expresses uncertainty over where she stands with Jen following their drama last season, Heather encourages her to try to move forward. "I mean, after my conversation with her, I think she's in a place where she wants to start fresh and make amends and just be at peace, you know?" Heather tells Whitney.
