After Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9 wrapped, Elena "Ellie" Dubaich made a few unique purchases for herself.

On October 8, the stew took to her Instagram Stories to share a look at the at-home bar she fully restocked upon her return from Athens, Greece

"When I got back from filming Season 9..." she wrote in the caption of the video, which featured her showcasing her new collection. "There is the top, there is over-the-top, and then there's this," Ellie joked as she flashed the camera to her well-equipped at-home bar.

"What is this sh-t? Why did I buy so many things?" she continued. "It's in all the cupboards. Look at all this stuff!"

Ellie wasn't exaggerating. In addition to the few dozen bottles on top of her counter, Ellie did, in fact, have a stash of mixers and juices in her lower cabinets. "I got everything," she continued. "She's committed to the cause."

The cause in question? To better her service skills. Ellie told The Daily Dish back in September that after filming for Season 9 concluded, she "[took] courses on bartending and purchased liquor to practice."

That's not the only impressive thing she did in the off-season, though.

Does Ellie Dubaich still work in yachting?

Further chatting with The Daily Dish about what she's been up to since leaving motor yacht Mustique, Ellie shared that she's currently based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and she's still working in the yachting industry.

"I’ve spent the past year freelancing on a variety of vessels in service, and I’ve worked as a solo stew," Ellie, who was the second stew under chief stew Aesha Scott on Season 9, explained about continuing her interior team work.

Plus, in addition to taking bartending courses, Ellie's also "done a Chief Stew course and a Yacht Purser course," the Slovenia native added about trying to expand her yachting knowledge.

Now that she has even more yachting experience under her belt, Ellie feels like she's ready to take on some added responsibility. After all, as she shared on Below Deck Med Season 9, being a chief stew is her ultimate goal.

"I feel much more confident in my skills and I’m looking forward to always learning and growing further in my career," she concluded in her chat with The Daily Dish.

What's next for Ellie's yachting career? Fans will have to stay tuned.
