Go Inside Elena Dubaich's Wild Night Out with a Fellow Below Deck Yachtie: "I Love This"
Below Deck Mediterranean's Elena Dubaich just experienced a major first with a BDSY alum: "I love this."
Elena "Ellie" Dubaich may have wrapped up her time on Below Deck Mediterranean, but she just got together with another yachtie from the Below Deck universe: Chase Lemacks.
The second stew posted a series of videos on her Instagram Stories on October 16 from her all-night outing with the Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 4 cast member. The two first dined out at YOLO Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where they shared a salad, octopus, and a dessert featuring a sparkler.
"Thanks for all the tea [Elena Dubaich] and the steak," Chase wrote in the caption of an Instagram Story featuring him cheers-ing Elena. Elena re-posted the image on her own Stories.
After their meal concluded, Elena got in Chase's car, and the two headed out to Waffle House.
"Yay, Waffle House here we come," Elena exclaimed in one video from the night.
Elena later shared a cheeky photo of her new Yves Saint Laurent stilettos.
"Taking my new shoes for a night out at the Waffle House [Chase Lemacks]," she captioned the image.
It turned out that their visit to the chain restaurant marked Ellie's first time dining there.
Once the two got to Waffle House, they, unsurprisingly, ordered a waffle. The yacthies split the snack in the car — though Chase lamented that he would have liked to have ordered other items, but the dining room was closing.
"This is actually really good, oh my God. I love it. I actually f-cking love it," Ellie said after she took a bite of the waffle topped with butter. "Thank you. Waffle House for the win. I love this. "
Afterwards, Ellie reflected on her first Waffle House experience.
"First time at [Waffle House,] she shared in an Instagram Story. "Loved the waffles and the company. Thank you [Chase Lemacks]."
Elena Dubaich's life since Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9
In the time since Elena wrapped filming on Below Deck Med Season 9, she's continued working as a stew in Fort Lauderdale.
"I’ve spent the past year freelancing on a variety of vessels in service, and I’ve worked as a solo stew," Elena said during an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish. She added that she's also "done a Chief Stew course and a Yacht Purser course."
Now, she feels prepared to take on more responsibility, and she's hoping to one day be a chief stew.
"I feel much more confident in my skills and I’m looking forward to always learning and growing further in my career," Ellie concluded in her chat with us.
