Brittany and Jax Prove They're in a Good Place After All: See the Receipts
The Valley cast members are doing well despite Jax's recent outings with a model.
Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright have been doing everything that they can for their 3-year-old son, Cruz Cauchi, amid their separation.
After The Valley cast members announced in February that they would be taking some time apart after nearly five years of marriage, they vowed that they would remain civil for Cruz. Three months into their split, they have been doing just that, as evidenced by Jax's recent Instagram Stories, where he posted screenshots of their text messages to one another.

Jax took to his Instagram story on Tuesday, May 28, where he revealed that he was getting Cruz ready for school — which involved texting Brittany a photo of his outfit and getting approval on his footwear.
"You okay with this outfit..," Jax asked.
"Yea he looks so handsome," she replied. "Did he get a nap in?"
Jax added his own commentary on the screenshot, noting that Brittany is very much involved in Cruz's life, even while she's traveling. "Even though moms away for work we still get the outfit approval!" he wrote over the photo.

The update on the exes' relationship comes after Jax was seen several times with model Paige Woolen over the weekend. The duo hit up Jax and Brittany's bar, Jax's Studio City, where they celebrated Jeremy Madix's birthday.
While Jax ran around town with Paige, Brittany took to her Instagram Story, where she reposted one viewer's commentary on their relationship and revealed some more information about whats going on between them. "Thank you, & imagine what I've been through behind closed doors," Brittany wrote, according to Page Six.
At the same time, during the most recent episode of the Vanderpump Rules After Show, Brittany gave some major props to Jax's role as a parent. "Jax has definitely changed in a lot of ways," she said, as seen in the video above. "Especially in being a father."
"But he's still Jax," she admitted. "He still has his moments....I do think that Jax has grown in a lot of ways, but he's still Jax Taylor."
