Heather & Terry Dubrow Celebrate Their Anniversary with a Replica of Their Wedding Cake
The RHOC couple showed off the lavish dessert during their romantic Italian getaway.
Heather Dubrow’s 25th wedding anniversary was romantic; adventurous; and, above all, sentimental.
The Real Housewives of Orange County mom marked the major milestone with a special trip to Venice, Italy, the same city where she and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, spent their honeymoon. Heather documented the lavish getaway in a series of Instagram posts, including one that showed her and Terry cutting into a gorgeous cake that offered a hefty dose of nostalgia.
Heather confirmed that the tiered dessert was a replica of her and Terry’s original wedding cake, which was adorned with pearls, white baubles, and crystal butterflies.

“Another very special THEN vs. NOW…,” she captioned the carousel. “The first photo shows our original wedding cake which was just this beautiful and unique white cake… I swear it was the cake of my dreams. But swipe to see the cake that [the Aman Venice hotel] so PERFECTLY recreated for Terry and I to celebrate our anniversary… We were so blown away by this special moment from our Italy trip… How AMAZING of a job did they do!!?? Would you ever recreate your wedding cake or is that just an ‘us’ thing?”

Heather reveals her wedding cake replica was mostly "fake"
The OC mom shared more details on the cake in the latest episode of Let’s Talk with Heather Dubrow. She confirmed that the top layer was the only edible portion, as the bottom two tiers were “fake.”
“In truth, just so you know, it was really the top third of the top layer that was real,” she said during the podcast. “Picture a lemon torte and then the rest of your wedding cake is totally fake.”
The couple enjoyed the special moment alongside their good friends Michael and Nancy Bello.
“We ordered fabulous Champagne and wines and had a beautiful dinner,” Heather continued. “And then we recreated our cake-cutting picture that only went down 2 inches and we ate the cake and it was so fun. It was just great. And then we said goodbye to the Bellos and Terry and I went into the bar and had this incredible moment together. The whole day had been really fun.”
Heather shares the anniversary gift she got from Terry: "He did well"
Later in the podcast, Heather gushed over the gift she received in honor of her silver anniversary. She told her co-hosts that Terry’s “love language is jewelry,” so he decided to get a couple of pieces from a French luxury brand.
“He bought me a gorgeous bracelet and a ring from Van Cleef [& Arpels] that are white gold… to go with the silver anniversary, and he wrote me a beautiful card,” she recalled. “And he wrote in the card, ‘I just am dating the card so you know how early I wrote the card so you know I didn’t write it today.’ And I wrote him a really great card and we just, you know, spent time together and talked about our lives. It was great… He did well, I have to say.”
