Briana Culberson has been incredibly open about her "horrendous health struggles" after documenting her battle with Lupus over the past few years.

The Real Housewives of Orange County kid and Vicki Gunvalson's only daughter has continued to inform her Instagram followers on her journey as she finds her strength through her struggle. And that's exactly what she did more recently, sharing a positive and much-welcomed update on how things have been for her. The good news is, she is only getting stronger.

Briana Culberson's Latest Health Update Amid Health Ups and Downs

Briana took to Instagram where she posted a video of her wearing sunglasses and going for a walk outdoors. "A doctor told me in February of 2016 that I'd be dead in two months..." Briana wrote over the video, set to the tune of The Heavy's "How You Like Me Now."

Briana continued in the caption of her post, revealing that her health journey has been broken down into phases. "Phase 1: depression and submission; Phase 2: finding my strength; Phase 3: weight loss; Pass 4: WELLNESS AND LONGEVITY," she wrote.

In the four years since that doctor told her that news, Briana stated that she is only improving. "I had no clue I would be able to reach this level of health again and there's no going back now!"

She added in the comments section: "What has made a huge impact for my lupus and overall health: eating nourishing clean food is a huge factor, I work daily to reduce inflammation and reduce my daily toxic load, pure well sourced raw material supplements, excercise/daily movement and emotional healing (lupus has a very strong emotional root)."

Briana had predicted that 2024 would be the year for healing in the caption of a March Instagram post, updating her followers on all that had been going on in her life. "Our current path to health, emotional healing, and overall wellness has brought our family so much closer together," she wrote in the caption of the post. "2024 is a karma year and so far we're feeling the good. It's a lot of hard work but we're on such a great path. Let's keep this happy train goin."

Inside Briana Culberson's "quiet, peaceful" life in Oklahoma

Briana's strength could be attributed to her new lifestyle, which involves plenty of outdoor time with her family. The long-time Orange County resident traded in the West Coast for a farm in Oklahoma where she resides with her husband, Ryan Culberson, and their four kids.

"We have lambs, and we have 20 chickens, and we have two farm dogs, and we've got a bunch of acreage," Briana told The Daily Dish last year. "Our kids work outside with animals every day, and they're riding bikes with kids in the neighborhood. We walk our kids to school. So we just have a very quiet, simple, peaceful life."
