The Mustique crew has officially hit the high seas in Athens, Greece for their first charter of the season, and it appears that things are already off to a rocky start.

In the video above, which is a preview of the Season 9 premiere of Below Deck Mediterranean (airing June 3), Chief Stew Aesha Scott learns that the charter guests aren’t too pleased with the team’s laundry service.

The Below Deck Med preview begins with the charter guests informing Aesha that they don’t have any clothes in their rooms. “I have like no clothes to wear,” one guest mentions, while another states that he was waiting on two shirts.

Aesha immediately apologizes to her peers for the delay on their garments before noting to herself how “terrible” the situation is. In a confessional, Aesha opens up about the issue, saying, “I know that Bri [Muller] is relatively green, but I asked her to steam like three things in the laundry.” She continues: “How does anything take this long?”

Elsewhere, the charter guests began critiquing Bri’s six-hour laundry service. As they put it, “It’s nice that they have that service, but if they can’t fulfill that service then it's bullsh-t.”

To prevent the guest from waiting any longer, Aesha decides to help Bri in the laundry room

Aesha and the charter guest might not be impressed with Bri’s ironing skills, but the stewardess explains why she prefers to take her time when handling clothes. “It is scary for me, so I do like taking my time to make sure it’s good," Bri tells Aesha.

During her own interview, Bri further explains how she’s still adjusting to the yachting world. “I’ve been in the industry for two years,” she admits. “All the boats were like 30 meters, 35 meters, but I never made it through a season. This laundry might seem like a molehill, but from my perspective, it’s like a mountain.”

To see if Bri completes the charter guests' laundry to their liking, be sure to tune in to the Season 9 premiere of Below Deck Mediterranean on June 3, at 9/8c on Bravo.
